NYFW Day II

With fashion week now at an end, I'm slowly catching up on posts to recap some looks and events that took place. While going to label what I'm wearing in these photos, I realized that 85% of this outfit was gifted to me from 4 different brands/designers. A year ago, I would have thought I would have been the most random thing to come to my office or apartment and have bags of goodies from companies who want to place their items on me and my blog.. and altho I still get super excited overtime, it's become a completely normal thing. Seeing all the wonderful things all my friends accomplished, especially this during past fashion week, really makes me so proud to call myself a fashion blogger. I am continuously impressed with my friends, and the companies who are really starting to understand the influence that bloggers bring.

Congratulations, bloggers. You are making a huge difference and are being recognized for it. Be proud and own it. Companies and designers, thank you for inviting us to shows, sitting us front row, having us host events.. This is truly a wonderful start to an extreme movement in the fashion industry.. and I'm proud to be apart of it.
