So those of you that love to scroll through pages of tumblr and surf trendy online shops are probably aware of this new trend- the garter leggings. I have to say, I'm loving this trend. I already bought 3 pairs (plain black, black pleather, and a gray acid wash) and i'm itchin for a red velvet pair, too!
