Pop of print.

A pop of print can go a long way! I usually stick to neutral colors and stray away for mixing prints. I happen to love mixing prints on others, just not my personal look. So for me, a splash of leopard is always my go-to when a simple outfit needs a little somethin-somethin.

So last week during the start of fashion week I was one of Tumblr's x Cole Haan's bloggers for their NYFW event, Subway Style. Before the event they sent me to their store to pick out any pair of shoes I wanted. The store was filled with bright amazing spring shoes.. but then, I turn around and see the perfect little black booties. Now, as if I don't have enough black boots, there was really no way I could pick anything else. Right? Okay, I know. I have a serious case of the LBB addition.

There's something so classic about mixing black, white, gold, and leopard together. I like to think of this outfit as mixing a glamourous uptown look with edgy downtown details (studs, spikes, and the beanie.. duh)
