Having been a long term fan of UNIF since their very first designs, I have to say with no surprise, they have killed it with these jeans. Known all over the internet as the "Twerk" jeans, like everyone else, I'm pretty much obsessed. A perfect mix of the mom jean, boyfriend jean, and the blown out/distressed jean trend all into one. A lot of people via instagram asked me how was the fit so I jumped on it right away to show you guys here. I own a pair of UNIF shorts in a 28 and they fit perfect. I usually wear a 27/28, but figured since my shorts were a 28, I'd go with that. I put them on and they fit awesome. I definitely think you can size down, though. They are a bit roomy and I'm sure will get too loose after two wears. I kinda like the looser fit, personally. It's still a bit chilly here in NY, so I can't wait to wear these bad boys on the beach at night (complimented with a golden tan, of course) next month when I head to the beach for a little vacation.. finally! *sigh*

I've been on the hunt for a perfect pant suit to mix into my daily wardrobe. I knew black was too predictable, and white wasn't practical enough for a girl who always has a coffee in her hand, so once I saw this suit, I knew gray was they key! These pieces were a perfect investment because I knew could dress it up or down and a suit is timeless. Styling the suit with a vintage tee and booties (as shown) gives me a perfect casual outfit for the work week. I could also easily switch out the tee for a sheer silk blouse, add some heels, and grab a clutch for a formal, but still cool, look. If you have yet to invest in a perfect suit, or have been on the hunt for one, I highly recommend this one!
My friends at Modern Vice never fail to amaze me. These are literally my dream black booties and fit like a glove. Yet again, another investment piece that's worth every penny. A black boot can be (and in my life, IS) worn with everything.

I've always been such a boot girl. I have a few pairs of sandals I love, but for most of spring you'll see me rocking little summer dresses and distressed boots everywhere (yes, including the beach!) I wanted to share a few simple looks that I threw on to show some simple ways to transition your favorite fall bootie into the spring days.
